U.S. Bank seeks a Healthcare Banking Relationship Manager to oversee healthcare practices with $5MM-$50MM revenue, owning the client relationship from origination to expansion and delivering credit, treasury, and advisory solutions.

You’ll lead deal structuring, coordinate across treasury management, payments, wealth, and capital markets, and partner with internal teams to drive growth while maintaining risk discipline and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ten or more years of relevant healthcare banking experience.
• Experience with complex credit structuring and healthcare financing.
• Proven ability to develop new business and COIs within the healthcare industry.
• Strong collaboration across Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management, Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships.
• Lead complex credit conversations and structure credit solutions.
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Equipment Finance.
• Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives and real estate financing.
• Maintain accountability for the client relationship within a large matrix organization.
