U.S. Bank is hiring a Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients with revenues typically between $5MM and $50MM.

You will drive new business, lead credit discussions, and deliver holistic financial solutions across Treasury, Payments, Credit Cards, and Capital Markets. You will partner with Wealth, Equipment Finance, and other banking teams to ensure integrated client strategies while maintaining accountability for relationships in a large

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare banking experience with complex credit structuring.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce and nCino.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships with revenues $5MM-$50MM.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive development and networking.
• Lead complex credit conversations; structure cashflow lending, acquisition financing, and CRE lending.
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Wealth and Capital Markets.
• Advise clients on growth initiatives and healthcare real estate financing; manage internal partnerships.
