Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics/Statistics or 6 years related experience
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze diverse data
• Ability to handle large datasets and extract strategic insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with initiative

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by finance leadership
• Analyzes variances vs budget/forecast or benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
• Combines financial with operational/clinical data for holistic insights
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient/procedure/payor mix changes
• Creates and presents executive-level summaries with key findings and recommendations
• Other duties as assigned
