Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant experience.
• 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• 3 years of database development.
• 3 years with cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing computer technologies.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and transactional systems.
• Experience with healthcare cost accounting systems such as EPSi, StrataJazz.
• Knowledge of SQL, macros and Visual Basic.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the cost accounting department.
• Establish and maintain guiding principles for cost accounting across network entities.
• Lead cost analysts in developing cost allocation rules and annual cost information.
• Develop reports using SAS, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx for leadership and decision support.
• Mentor and coach the team and collaborate with hospital leaders on cost and productivity metrics.
