Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the CFO in overseeing hospital financial performance. You will partner with operational leaders to provide access, reporting, and training for informed decisions across hospital operations and corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, statistics, or related field (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting within healthcare or hospital settings.

Responsabilités

• Populate standard financial and volume data for monthly reports and presentations to hospital and network leadership.
• Provide initial inputs on themes and outcomes for the month.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Decision Support to integrate monthly results narrative.
• Review and approve open positions in coordination with Workforce Management.
• Support operational managers with Kronos reporting and capital planning.
• Run profitability reports and summarize variances using Tableau/Strata.
