Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to support the CFO in overseeing hospital financial performance and to partner with operational leaders to ensure access, reporting and training for informed decisions.

You will collaborate with FP&A and Decision Support to prepare monthly results narratives, run profitability and variance analyses, assist with budgeting and capital planning across the network.

Qualifications

• 3 years in finance or accounting role.
• 3 years in healthcare industry, particularly hospitals or providers.
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu.
• Ability to analyze financial results, operational metrics, and data.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO in overseeing hospital financial performance and partnering with operational leaders.
• Prepare monthly financial data, narratives, and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Decision Support to integrate hospital results into the overall narrative.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning across the network.
• Run profitability and variance analyses using self-service tools and reports.
• Coordinate with departments to document capital requests and align with capital plans.
