Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking an Account Manager to retain clients through service excellence. You will serve as the primary contact for fully insured and self-funded plans, brokers, and consultants, coordinating renewals and delivering strategic solutions for customers.

You will develop client materials, enrollments, and wellness initiatives, while mentoring junior staff. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales/healthcare, with overnight travel

Qualifications

5+ years of related sales professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted.
Overnight travel as required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary account contact for fully insured and self-funded clients, brokers, and consultants.
Coordinate renewals, projects, communications, reporting, and internal resources.
Develop and present client-facing materials and enrollment meetings.
Maintain client relationships and deliver strategic solutions.
Mentor new Account Advisors and support internal teams.
Analyze client data and deliver reporting to guide decisions.
