CVS Health is hiring an experienced account management professional in South Florida (Miami area) to manage two large public sector and hospital clients. You will drive account strategy, renewals, and upsell opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to meet revenue and membership targets.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare insurance, a valid license, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience working with public and labor sector clients.
• Must hold an insurance license in resident state and non-resident states where clients are located.
• Willing to travel up to 40% in the designated territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements account management and cross/up-sell strategies to build and maintain relationships with two large public sector and hospital clients.
• Serves as the primary interface for products and services and raises their profile with customers.
• Develops and executes renewal processes to achieve margins and retention targets.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for renewal strategies and financial decisions.
• Assess competitive environment and develop sales strategies to gain a market advantage.
• Coordinate annual strategic account plans reflecting customer objectives and CVS/Aetna alignment.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and travel as needed for meetings.
