Travel within the United States is required. The role requires 2–5 years in health insurance/account management, strong reporting skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of health insurance industry and account management experience.
• Strong reporting knowledge using Ready Data & Tableau.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex client data, account performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Partner with account executives to develop complex account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and mitigate risks.
• Participate in business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to align strategies and deliver value-added solutions.
• Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase performance and drive engagement.
• Support Open Enrollment or Health Fairs activities.
