CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to partner with Account Executives, nurturing external and internal relationships to drive customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing clients.

You will develop renewal strategies, execute components of the account team's plan, collaborate across services on complex issues, and participate in client installations and open enrollment meetings. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce, AI.
• Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
• Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).

Responsabilidades

• Develops working relationship with client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
• Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer.
• Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.
• Collaborates with team members on client installation
• Must be able to attend open enrollment meetings
