HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Pursuits Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the Health sector, guiding pursuit strategy, proposal development, and interviews.

You will oversee a connected, high-performing team, coordinating with marketing, design, and leadership to position HDR for success in competitive opportunities both in the United States and globally. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in A/E/C pursuits, strong leadership, and proficiency in delivering compelling, client-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to work with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry procurement of professional services.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Professional registration or related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority pursuits for Health sectors with US focus; support global pursuits.
• Mentor and develop a team of pursuit professionals.
• Manage full pursuit lifecycle from planning to post-follow-up.
• Facilitate pursuit strategy and kickoff meetings.
• Develop persuasive client-focused proposals and interview materials.
• Oversee pursuit budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Collaborate across Architecture Marketing Studio for assets and best practices.
