HDR is seeking an experienced Pursuits Manager to lead a high-performing team within the Architecture Marketing Studio. The role focuses on Education, Science, and Sports sectors, driving pursuit strategy, proposal excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in the United States, you will guide end-to-end pursuit processes, mentor staff, and align resources with priority opportunities, delivering compelling, client-centered submissions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years relevant industry experience
• Self-starter with limited oversight
• Deep knowledge of procurement in the A/E/C industry
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Professional registration or related technical experience
• Sales experience and win strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• MS Office suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel and engage in-person

Aufgaben

• Lead priority pursuits for Education, Science, and Sports sectors, primarily in the United States.
• Mentor and develop a team of pursuit professionals; oversee workload, coaching, and training in pursuit strategy.
• Lead pursuit teams through planning, strategy, messaging, proposal production, interviews, submission and follow-up.
• Facilitate pursuit strategy and kickoff meetings aligning client needs, differentiators and win themes.
• Oversee development of persuasive, client-focused proposals, qualifications, presentations, and interview materials.
• Manage pursuit workflows, budgets, schedules, and quality-control processes.
