HDR is seeking an experienced Pursuits Manager to lead a team of pursuit professionals across Education, Science, and Sports sectors in the United States, with opportunities to support global pursuits. The role emphasizes strategic planning, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver client-focused submissions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in A/E/C, strong leadership, and a track record of winning high-value contracts.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in the A/E/C industry with professional services procurement experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop others.
• Experience winning high-value contracts and managing pursuit workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support priority pursuits for Education, Science, and Sports sectors.
• Mentor and develop a team of pursuit professionals through coaching and training.
• Guide pursuit lifecycle from planning to submission and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Architecture Marketing Studio for assets and messaging.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocations for pursuits.
