Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Pursuits Manager for its Health practice in Omaha. You will lead a team of pursuit specialists, align with sector leaders, and drive compelling client-focused proposals from early positioning through interviews and post-pursuit follow-up.

You will oversee strategy, resource planning, and continuous improvement while collaborating across HDR’s Architecture Marketing Studio to win high-value opportunities for Health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Knowledge of A/E/C industry procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams through lifecycle from planning to follow-up.
• Develop and manage high-quality client-focused pursuit materials.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Architecture Marketing Studio and stakeholders.
• Present pursuit strategy in webinars and leadership meetings.
