Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive program management experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic planning, governance development, program oversight, and executive stakeholder management.
• Proven success managing budgets, performance metrics, and organizational change within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of managed care operations or related healthcare industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with Washington Medicaid and encounter data validation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, implementation, delivery, and ongoing operations of assigned healthcare programs and services with measurable value.
• Develop and maintain governance structures, frameworks, standards, and best practices for program execution.
• Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to establish vision, priorities, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
• Manage and optimize the overall program portfolio, budgets, resources, and priorities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on performance, risks, and outcomes to support decisions.
• Lead change management and stakeholder adoption for new processes and technologies.
