Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Sr. Program Strategy and Operations Director based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, science, and operations within a fast-moving biotech environment. You will act as COO for a single-asset program, driving execution across clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial functions, translating complex information into data-driven recommendations for executives, the Board, and investors.

Qualifications

• Significant biotech or pharmaceutical program management experience.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication for boards, investors, and leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and practical multiplier of human productivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur and lead end-to-end program execution for a single-asset biotech program.
• Coordinate across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, commercial, and other teams to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Translate complex information into concise analyses, presentations, and executive memos.
• Prepare data-driven materials for C-suite, Board discussions, investor engagements, and business development.
• Maintain disciplined program documentation, dashboards, trackers, and action plans.
• Manage external vendors, CROs, and strategic partners while building relationships with leading experts.
• Travel approximately monthly to meet with internal teams and external stakeholders.
