Evolent is seeking a Senior Client Manager to strategically support an assigned book of business, driving relationship growth, retention, and client satisfaction across health plan clients.

You will build trusted relationships with executives, translate data into actionable insights, and advocate for client priorities while managing contracts and ensuring service levels. Travel once a year is required.

Competenze

• 1+ year in client or account management.
• 2+ years health plan experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including C-level.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
• Creative problem solver in a changing environment.

• Support an assigned book of business to achieve objectives, including relationship, growth, retention, and customer goals.
• Cultivate productive relationships with key executives, including C-level and external stakeholders.
• Use data-driven resources to run efficient meetings with the client and SMEs.
• Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise on program value and operations for Advance Care Planning.
• Lead partnership review meetings, relationship mapping, issue identification, and action planning.
