Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Leader to head the US Payors district within Healthcare and Life Sciences.

You will drive revenue growth and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, engaging with Chief Executives at major payor organizations to modernize claims processing and unlock AI-driven insights. The role requires a track record of managing enterprise accounts, building strategic district plans, and delivering multi-year growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
• Experience engaging and influencing C‑level executives, both business and technical.
• 5+ years of sales team management experience.
• 10+ years of technology-related sales, business development or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives across the US Payors district.
• Set and execute the strategic direction for the district to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
• Develop and execute a district strategy covering 15–25 enterprise payor customers and targets.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships and advise on cloud, data and AI strategy for healthcare payors.
• Coach the team on account plans aligned to customer priorities across claims operations and member experience.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal inspection using CRM and sales tools.
• Identify opportunities including migrations, modernizations, GenAI/ML workloads, and data platform initiatives.
