Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, account performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Develop complex account plans and strategies with account executives to maximize revenue and mitigate risks.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase outcomes and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value-added solutions.
- Support Open Enrollment or Health Fairs needs.
