Qualifications

• 2-5 years of health insurance industry and account management experience.
• Strong reporting knowledge such as Ready Data & Tableau.
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.
• Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Travel required 10-20% of time within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales, account performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Partner with account executives to develop complex account plans and strategies to maximize revenue generation, mitigate risks, and achieve account growth targets.
• May participate in business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics and improvements to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align account strategies and deliver value‑added solutions.
• Designs and delivers client presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase performance and drive engagement.
• Implements proactive account management to resolve issues and ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinates with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and satisfaction.
• Identifies and assesses risks within client accounts and develops mitigation plans for long‑term success.
• Supports Open Enrollment or Health Fairs as needed.
