Job summary

WTW seeks a Health and Benefits Senior Director in the United States (Arlington, VA) to lead design and management of health and benefits programs. You will drive strategy, grow client relationships, and generate new business by leveraging WTW’s solutions and capabilities.

You will lead engagements, oversee project plans, and mentor colleagues while shaping the Health and Benefits practice in the marketplace. A strong executive presence and revenue track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in design/management of complex health and welfare plans.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships.
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; State Life and Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients in health and benefits design/management.
• Lead client service team to deliver project plans with budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Proactively advise clients and ensure superior service delivery.
• Lead vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation, and optimization.
