Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing complex health and welfare plans.
• Strong financial skills in pricing, underwriting or valuation.
• Ability to expand relationships with current clients.
• Polished oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to identify and resolve issues.
• CEBS designation or related actuarial/underwriting training desired.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; state license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead design/management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, disability and time off plans.
• Lead project management, budgeting, timelines, and quality standards.
• Advise clients with superior service and leverage WTW solutions.
• Coordinate resources across health management, analytics and compliance.
• Support new business through prospecting opportunities with the team.
• Mentor junior colleagues and ensure alignment with client objectives.
