CVS Health in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Executive to own the broker relationship and deliver a smooth client experience through clear communication and transparent total cost of care demonstrations.

You will manage renewal proposals, ensure compliance, conduct virtual and in-person meetings, and collaborate with internal partners to support outcomes for clients while travel to offsite locations may be required.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years Group Health employee benefit experience.
• Renewal process experience.
• 2-5 years Client Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Follow through on outstanding items to resolution.
• Demonstrate accuracy in information shared internally and externally.
• Ability to participate in and/or host client meetings.
• Adhere to PHI and HIPAA policies.
• Health/Life Major Lines Producer license (or obtain within 90 days).

Responsabilidades

• Relationship management/Consultative services
• Prepare and issue renewal proposal
• Confirm sold proposal and plan changes
• Ensure client is up to date with compliance requirements
• Salesforce management
• Virtual open enrollment meetings
• Attend implementation calls
• Stop Loss & Ad-hoc reporting
• Point solution upsell
• May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings
