Job summary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in customer success, customer-facing analytics or project management in SaaS/high-tech environments.
- Experience with data analytics and stakeholder management at executive levels.
- Familiarity with medical imaging/healthcare tech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for customers and serve as trusted advisor across engineering, operations, sales and support.
- Lead executive-level discussions and identify opportunities to improve value.
- Collaborate with Product/Data/AI teams to shape solutions based on customer feedback.
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption and ongoing success.
