Job summary

Aidoc is seeking a Customer Success professional to champion customer-centric solutions and outcomes. This remote role serves the Western US, collaborating with engineering, operations, sales and support to understand customers and maximize value from Aidoc’s AI enterprise solutions.

You will be the bridge between customers and internal teams, driving onboarding, product enhancements, and data-driven storytelling to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• BSc in science, engineering, or any quantitative field; MSc preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success / analytics / project management or similar roles.
• SaaS high-tech/startup experience with an agile mentality is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and to work in PST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s advocate and trusted advisor, bridging Aidoc and customers.
• Proactively manage and grow customer relationships and identify key stakeholders.
• Lead discussions with customers, including top physicians at prestige medical centers.
• Understand customers’ pain points and workflows to enhance AI value.
• Coordinate with R&D to define next steps and drive product enhancements.
• Onboard new customers with the technical team and ensure smooth adoption.
• Analyze data and tell stories to demonstrate value and impact to customers.
