Job summary

Aidoc in healthcare AI seeks a Customer Success professional to champion outcomes for top hospitals. You will partner with engineering, operations, and sales to understand customer goals and demonstrate the impact of our enterprise AI solutions.

This remote role covers the Western US, with up to 25% travel. A background in science/engineering and 4+ years in customer-facing analytics or SaaS is required; strong data storytelling and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success / Customer-Facing analytics / Project Management or similar roles.
• Experience in a SaaS high-tech/startup company with an agile mentality is an advantage.
• Experience with data analytics is an advantage.
• Previous work with medical imaging and radiologists is an advantage.
• Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships and leading customers to success, preferably at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's advocate and trusted advisor between Aidoc and customers.
• Lead discussions with customers (top physicians in prestige medical centers).
• Understand each customer's pain points and workflow to enhance AI value in their departments.
• Define next steps and coordinate with R&D to drive actions.
• Work with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and gather feedback for product improvements.
