Job summary

Private Health Management is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to develop and deliver market shaping services for employers addressing serious health conditions. This remote role supports clients across the United States and focuses on retention and growth.

You will analyze utilization, advise on health plans, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to expand PHM’s services while managing costs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience growing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships in health and employee benefits.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients across all levels of an organization on new initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and strengthen relationships across an assigned book of business, establishing trusted advisor status at multiple client levels.
• Grow existing accounts by increasing awareness, engagement, and adoption of PHM services.
• Advise clients by analyzing utilization and planning health benefits strategies to improve outcomes while managing costs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and other internal teams to deliver for clients.
