Job summary

HealthEquity is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing service management. You will manage inquiries, build trust, and ensure flawless execution while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

You will lead regular client meetings, own project plans for low-to-moderate complexity initiatives, and advocate client needs with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare plans, banking, CDHP or related field commonly via HS Diploma or Bachelors.
• 5+ years in benefits/financial services or B2B service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels.
• Well organized and detail oriented in quality and accuracy.
• Capable of handling 15+ highly complex clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage inquiries about HealthEquity's products and services.
• Lead client meetings and maintain action logs.
• Own projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Oversee file processing and account activities to meet SLA.
• Provide internal teams with client-specific processes and alerts.
• Educate clients on HealthEquity tools and resources.
• Explain plan design options and impacts to employees.
