Qualifications

• Systems thinking combined with execution ability
• Experience in HR/People functions
• Track record of building scalable infrastructure and programs
• Ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional work with senior stakeholders
• 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related fields
• Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business with solutions aligned to values and business objectives
• Change management skills
• Passion for creating healthy, inclusive organizations for a diverse employee population

Responsibilities

• Own the People team's operating model, including cross-functional cadences, reporting, dashboards, and supporting systems
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and engagement survey activation
• Drive high-priority cross-cutting initiatives for People leadership, including organizational design, process redesign, and strategic buildouts
• Steward project management, intake, and operational support across People sub-teams
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and systems improvements for People workflows
• Connect the People team operationally with ELT, Finance, Legal, and IT
• Own playbooks, SOPs, and program documentation and build scalable knowledge infrastructure
