Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR, people strategy or organizational leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into enterprise people initiatives and lead adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability, lead high-performing teams and influence senior leaders across functions without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence and analytical thinking.
• Professional services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate firm strategy into prioritized people, workforce and capability initiatives.
• Align priorities, resources and expertise to accelerate decisions and drive results.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with clear ownership and accountability.
• Maintain an enterprise view of PS priorities to identify dependencies and opportunities to scale work.
• Turn workforce priorities into actionable plans that build needed skills and capabilities.
• Assess workforce capabilities, identify gaps and implement solutions with HRBPs, COEs and business leaders.
• Use workforce metrics, trends and insights to anticipate needs and inform leadership decisions.
• Strengthen capabilities and accountability of a high-performing PS function.
• Build enterprise acumen by connecting PS teams to firm strategy, priorities and market dynamics.
• Create tools and approaches that improve consistency, collaboration and effectiveness across PS.
• Build change, adoption and continuous improvement into initiatives from design through implementation.
• Equip leaders to sponsor change, anticipate resistance and reinforce new ways of working.
• Use data, feedback and outcomes to improve solutions while considering risk, compliance and equity.
