Job summary

Fossil Group seeks a visionary, results-oriented Sr Director of People Operations & Technology to architect and scale HR technology and service delivery globally, overseeing Dayforce and workforce analytics as we scale toward 5,000 employees.

In this role you will partner with HR leadership, IT, and Finance to create a data-driven culture that emphasizes efficiency, compliance, and human-centric design while driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR Operations and HRIS leadership.
Experience leading global HRIS implementations with Dayforce.
Strong knowledge of HR data, integrations, governance, and privacy.
Proven ability to build dashboards and turn HR data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Architect and govern end-to-end HR operational processes with data integrity and compliance.
Standardize onboarding, changes, transfers, leave, and offboarding processes.
Oversee HR data, analytics, dashboards, and workforce insights.
Manage HR content, policies, SPDs, programs, and FAQs.
Automate workflows to remove manual workarounds.
Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve HR workflows.
Set HR operations SLAs and ensure accurate service delivery.
Ensure HR data governance, privacy, and audit readiness.
Own Dayforce governance and ROI across modules.
Drive user adoption via training and ongoing support.
