Job summary

Asure is seeking an HCM Sales Executive in the United States (Atlanta, GA) to build relationships with new prospects and current customers, driving revenue through the company’s HR solutions. Qualifications

• Experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Proactive, results-driven and team-oriented approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with new prospects and current customers to create revenue opportunities for HCM solutions.
• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through networking and business development activities.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele to cultivate revenue opportunities and expand solution scope.
• Develop relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to penetrate the market.
• Create high-impact presentations highlighting benefits of Asure solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to meet monthly and annual quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage sales and client service activities.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends and evolving technology including AI tools.
