Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an Account Manager on our Sales team based in Nashville, TN to build strong relationships with top revenue clients and uncover opportunities for Asure’s SaaS HCM solutions, helping them grow while staying compliant. You will conduct discovery calls, coordinate with internal subject matter experts, and present proposals that demonstrate value.

A track record in SaaS sales, client service, and Salesforce experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling HCM/HR software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools (GoToMeeting, Webex, etc.).
• Excellent written and spoken communication with attention to detail.
• Track record of consistently achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Profile clients and key contact points.
• Establish Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle.
• Manage existing client accounts with long-term relationships.
• Develop understanding of client short- and long-term needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand Asure solutions within accounts.
• Deliver high-impact presentations highlighting value to clients.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and account managers to address needs.
• Use virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions.
• Formulate and present proposals outlining value of solutions.
• Negotiate sound financial agreements that benefit both sides.
• Maintain and grow the sales funnel to exceed goals.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage results and reporting.
• Track transactions in Salesforce.com and report to management.
