Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional who will partner with growing businesses to expand their payroll, HR and allied services. You will drive new logos, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and lead consultative conversations with business owners, delivering trusted advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional sales experience, including B2B.
• 2+ years HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• Strong prospecting mindset with outbound experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of Paychex solutions including Paychex Flex and HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline (calls, networking, partnerships, follow-ups).
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process with 1-2 call closes.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
