Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant II for our in-office role in Rochester, NY. You will lead discovery sessions, design configurations, and manage data migration and validation to ensure smooth client onboarding.

This role requires 3+ years in customer interfacing and HCM/Payroll experience, with strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration. On-site five days a week, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years in HCM consultation or payroll HR.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years HCM implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients during moderately complex implementations.
• Lead discovery sessions and design customized system configurations.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation for accurate integration.
• Collaborate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to ensure quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and change management.
