The Implementation Consultant role focuses on onboarding Paycor clients with best-in-class practices, driving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus.
Knowledge of human capital software preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transition of new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; ensure smooth conversion.
Act as primary client contact throughout the implementation process and elevate needs to partners as appropriate.
Establish strong client relationships with clear expectations and mutual trust; ensure requirements are understood by the project team.
Consult clients on best practices and system/process changes to meet milestones and goals.
Collaborate with non-client facing Implementation team members for accurate database configuration.
Test client data and Paycor configurations to ensure proper functionality and resolve data discrepancies.
