Paychex is hiring an Implementation Consultant to onboard Paycor clients, guiding multi-product deployments and ensuring a smooth conversion to our Paycor platform. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor solutions that meet business needs and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus.
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of new clients to Paycor product suite for smooth conversion.
• Act as primary client contact throughout implementation process and escalate issues as needed.
• Establish strong client relationships with clear expectations and mutual trust.
• Consult clients on best practices and necessary system changes to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with non-client facing team members to ensure accurate database configuration.
• Test data and system configurations; resolve discrepancies observed during testing/production.
