Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand, signal requirements, and manage inventory with ERP tools to support hardware manufacturing.

You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and quality. The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, experience in ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce), plus travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science) or business field (finance, economics, supply chain, business admin).
• 3+ years in supply chain or production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex assemblies.
• Ownership of a complex value chain; coordinate across many departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Technical documentation reading and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on supply and material health to guide decisions across functions.
• Maintain MRPII/MRP master data and processes.
• Drive best practices in demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
