Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years professional work experience.
• 7+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, sales operations, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Excel to build financial/models and 3+ years using PowerPoint for leadership presentations.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional strategic projects from scope to deliverable.
• 2+ years presenting to VP-level leadership or corporate officers.
• 3+ years performing quantitative data analysis and translating data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic GTM projects end-to-end with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Build and manage relationships with senior executives and cross-functional leaders as a trusted strategic partner.
• Develop and apply GTM frameworks to evaluate market opportunities and sales strategy.
• Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing data into executive insights.
• Deliver polished, executive-ready presentations and business models for CRO and senior leadership reviews.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, product, and operations to align GTM priorities.
• Own analysis, reporting, and materials for recurring strategic planning cycles and executive reviews.
