Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Strategy & Planning Lead within its GTM Strategy & Operations to drive high-impact initiatives for the CRO organization. You will independently lead strategic projects, translate questions into analyses, and develop GTM frameworks that guide executive decisions across the sales organization.

You will build direct relationships with senior leaders, balance deep quantitative work with executive storytelling, and deliver polished presentations for quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional work experience.
• 7+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, sales operations, or consulting.
• 3+ years using Excel to build financial models and PowerPoint for leadership decks.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional strategic projects from scope to delivery.
• 2+ years presenting to VP-level leadership or corporate officers.
• 3+ years performing quantitative data analysis and translating into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic GTM projects end-to-end with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Develop GTM frameworks to evaluate market opportunities and sales strategy options.
• Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analyses; synthesize insights for executives.
• Create executive-ready presentations and business models for CRO and leadership reviews.
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, product, and operations to align GTM priorities.
• Own analysis and materials for recurring strategic planning cycles and executive reviews.
