Job summary

The Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Associate Director, GSIB portfolio director to oversee the national supervisory program for the domestic globally systemically important banks, a large and complex organization with over 400 employees.

As portfolio leader, you will set supervisory strategy, supervise execution across Fed Banks, coordinate with LFBO, RFBO, CBO and SSP portfolios, mentor leaders, and represent the Board in interagency and public affairs matters.

Qualifications

• 7 years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, international affairs, public policy, or economics
• Strategic thinker with strong project execution and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Set and manage GSIB portfolio supervisory strategy and program.
• Direct execution across Federal Reserve banks and resources.
• Coordinate information flow between the Board and Reserve Banks.
• Coach and mentor leaders and empower decision-making.
• Represent the Board in interagency meetings and public engagements.
