Formación

• Advanced degree is a plus.
• 6-10 years of experience in bank supervision at a regulatory agency.
• Strong understanding of bank supervision principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to analyze regulatory developments and supervisory issues.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear written materials.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build consensus across organizational and regulatory boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Track and analyze supervisory policy issues, emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends affecting state-regulated institutions.
• Own the development of supervisory guidance, policy resources, and examination-related materials.
• Contribute to CSBS policy initiatives that strengthen supervisory practices.

Educación

Advanced degree preferred
