The Director, Bank Supervision position supports the advancement of CSBS’s bank supervision priorities and initiatives within the Bank Supervision Team and the broader Policy and Supervision Business Unit. This role helps shape and execute supervisory strategies that support state banking departments and strengthen the state system of financial regulation.
Working closely with state regulators and internal teams, the Director analyzes supervisory issues, contributes to examination solutions, and supports key state and federal priorities.
The Director, Bank Supervision also plays a key role in identifying emerging supervisory trends, advancing examination-related initiatives, and developing resources that enhance the effectiveness and consistency of state supervision.
