Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, transformation, or performance improvement.
• Experience in consumer products is a plus.
• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and capability in productivity measurement.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks and operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise productivity roadmap to drive business success
• Translate corporate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives
• Shape the future-state operating model for efficiency
