For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This senior leadership role will guide enterprise-wide transformation efforts that improve productivity, align strategic priorities, and strengthen operating performance. The position will partner closely with executive leaders to translate corporate strategy into a coordinated portfolio of initiatives and investment decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a consultative approach, and the ability to shape the future-state operating model in a dynamic consumer products environment.

Location: Needham, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $217,500 – $280,000 annually
