Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Minimum of 3 years leading complex, multi-workstream strategy or transformation programs.
• Experience working directly with C-suite or senior executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEO- and C-suite-level strategy and reinvention engagements for Consumer Goods clients.
• Shape and sell work, lead multi-workstream delivery, and help clients convert growth, portfolio, integration, and operating-model priorities into measurable results.
• Translate ambiguous executive questions into testable hypotheses, focused workplans, executive decisions, and sequenced transformation roadmaps.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, finance and value, commercial, operations, data and AI, technology, talent, and change management.
• Ensure engagement quality, timeliness, financial performance, and risk management; resolve escalations and maintain alignment across differing stakeholder perspectives.
