Job summary

Accenture's Consumer Goods & Services practice seeks an Associate Director to lead CEO- and C-suite-level strategy engagements for Consumer Goods clients, shaping and selling work and guiding multi-workstream delivery.

You will translate growth and operating-model priorities into measurable results, build value cases, and mentor teams while partnering across strategy, finance, commercial, operations, technology, and talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Minimum of 3 years leading complex, multi-workstream strategy or transformation programs.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEO- and C-suite-level strategy and enterprise-reinvention programs for Consumer Goods clients.
• Shape and sell work, lead multi-workstream delivery, and translate priorities into measurable results.
• Own relationships with client CEOs, business-unit presidents, CFOs, CMOs, COOs, and strategy leaders.
• Develop fact-based value cases, scenario models, revenue/margin plans, and roadmaps.
• Coach and develop managers and consultants; contribute to recruiting, staffing, and performance management.
