Job summary

Lumin Digital seeks a Strategic Value & Transformation Director to drive growth by partnering with Sales and financial institutions, defining business value, and creating compelling ROI and TCO models. You will translate data into executive narratives and accelerate deal velocity.

The role requires strong financial acumen, multi-stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Client Services to scale value messaging across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of value consulting, digital transformation, or related roles in enterprise SaaS or tech services.
• Experience with financial institutions, digital banking platforms, or fintech is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build ROI, TCO, or financial models for complex B2B sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to pursue high-value logos by articulating differentiated value propositions.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify priorities and align solutions to outcomes.
• Build ROI, TCO, and payback models using client data and benchmarks.
• Translate analysis into executive-ready business cases and presentations for C-suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value messaging aligns with product capabilities.
