Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop referral relationships with insurers, property managers, and brokers.
• Execute daily outbound activities including in-person visits, calls, emails, and networking.
• Establish referral agreements and preferential-vendor relationships where applicable.
• Generate consistent, qualified mitigation and restoration leads for operations and project teams.
• Track prospecting activity and engagement in CRM.
