Job summary

Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Business Development Consultant to proactively generate qualified leads and referrals for mitigation and restoration services.

You will cultivate relationships with insurance agents, property managers, commercial realtors, and plumbers, while driving outbound prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline. Ideal candidates excel in relationship-driven sales, outbound prospecting, and can travel within the assigned territory up to 65%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop referral-based relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and commercial realtors.
• Execute daily outbound activities including in-person visits, calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain a cadence of touchpoints with referral sources across assigned territory.
• Track prospecting activity and referrals in CRM.
